WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

Workers’ compensation is a form of insurance providing wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee’s right to sue their employer for the tort of negligence.

MEDIATION

Mediation is essentially a communication process with the mediator serving as manager.  The role of the parties is to recognize that people in a dispute can come to the table to negotiate and in good faith try to resolve their differences.
